PLEASE NOTE:
- An $7.95 shipping & handling fee applies for return requests of one to five items, and is deducted from your refund. An additional $7.95 will be deducted for returns of six to 10 items, and again for 11 to 15 items, continuing in increments of five. The shipping & handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by Cool Cat to its carrier to send the item(s) back to Cool Cat.
- Only items shipped within the US are eligible for return
- In order to receive refund, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Be sure to include any warranty cards and accessories. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
